Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Customers may request an order cancellation by contacting our customer service team at sales@recordingthemasters.com.

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped or included in a scheduled shipment batch.

Once an order has been shipped or included in a shipment batch, cancellation is no longer possible. However, customers may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
