The design and function of the player are decent. However, in terms of material, the plastic felt too thin and soft in general. Still reasonable for its price, but I hope it can improve in future iterations.

Hi there, the cassette player works fine, the record function is totally unusable as the noise from the machine is far louder than any recorded signal either, from the internal or an external mic.

Bought this little Walkman type player based on other reviews really, in the short time of having it can honestly say I couldn't be happier , playback of both pre- recorded and home recorded cassettes is very good indeed, some of which are 50 years old, I'm no audio file don't care to be either , the sound quality is perfectly acceptable, would recommend to anyone looking for a walkman type player , I've had second hand units and they are really not worth the trouble.Keep up the good work RTM.
